Seasoned grantmakers along with national and global non-profits and NGOs work together as a network of consultants to serve our clients. Our strength is access to a deep pool of experts who have experience working at the grassroots. These experts work at leading non-profits and NGOs, but are on loan to us to work as independent consultants to meet the needs of our clients. When they work with us they are able to access the full range of resources at their respective organizations, including extensive networks on the ground.  This also means we can work at the intersection of  issues for more innovative and effective solutions.  For the work they do with IdealPhilanthropy, they:

• Are paid on a fee for service basis which becomes a source of earned revenue for them

• Are precluded from receiving grants, ensuring no conflict of interest with clients

• Perform the full range of services for the firm

Since we only pay for the services we need from our organizational partners, we have a very lean structure.  This means lower costs and more flexibility in tailoring services for clients.
